Ich habe mich früher leider durch viele Schicksalsschläge immer mehr selbst verloren und nicht mehr an mich geglaubt. Gerade in der heutigen Zeit, die so hektisch ist, bleibt vieles auf der Strecke – vor allem man selbst. Man verliert den Fokus auf sich und seine Bedürfnisse und Wünsche immer mehr und funktioniert nur noch.

Viele Beschwerden, mit denen man lebt, weil man denkt, es ist halt so, müssen nicht sein. Ich habe mich jahrelang mit der Meditation, Heilung von innen und Heilung der Seele beschäftigt und mich selbst repariert.

Das möchte ich nun auch für Euch tun.

Why do you have to unload gemstones?

 Discharging healing stones is important in order to remove excess and unwanted energy from the gemstone. The best way to do this is to use water as this is the quickest and most effective method. For sensitive stones , however, a bath in hematite is recommended.


How do you clean gemstones?

Take your stone and hold it under cold running water for up to two minutes. Do not use detergent, or use a drop of neutral soap. You can rub the stone between your hands like soap. At first it will usually feel "slippery", but once it is cleaned the resistance will increase.

How do you charge gemstones?

  1. Moonlight
     You can use the mystical light of the moon to both discharge and charge your treasures. To do this, place them on your windowsill for a moon bath overnight, or in the shelter of your balcony or garden. It is best to look at a lunar calendar beforehand. When the moon is waxing, its energy charges the stones, while when the moon is waning, cleansing processes take place and your stones are energetically discharged.
  2. sunlight
    Let your treasures be charged by the energy of the rising or setting sun. At these times it is at its most powerful and at the same time does not cause any damage (e.g. fading of the color). In general: Please do not expose your stones to direct sunlight. You can make an exception for charging, but make sure that your stones only sunbathe for a few hours. You should definitely avoid the strong rays of the midday sun, because this will have the opposite effect and the stones will discharge again. As long as you can look into the sun with the naked eye, there is no danger to your stones.
  3. Rock crystal
    The rock crystal says: “Be as you are.” It is a wonderful stone for charging because it combines the qualities of neutrality, clarity and purity (not to be confused with purification!). To do this, place your gemstones in a bowl with rock crystals or put them together in your companion bag. The other gemstones take on the purity of the rock crystal. This strengthens their own magical qualities and they can pass on their information to you even better. Please clean and discharge your rock crystal before using it for charging.
  4. (Body) heat
    Maybe you've felt it before: If you hold your stones in your hand for a while, they get wonderfully warm. Heat gives the gemstones new energy, because it creates electromagnetic radiation, with which the stone sends its own information to the environment. Hold your stones in your hands, put them in a bowl on your heater or charge them with warm water. Please do not use electrical devices (oven, microwave, stove), because this creates electrosmog, which can change the information in the stones and thus also their effect.
  5. Positive intentions
    We humans are made of energy and you can also pass this energy on to your stones. Do you have a dream, a positive intention or a certain behavior that you want to internalize? Pass this information on to your stone: hold it in both hands and think firmly about your intention. Visualize in your mind what it would be like when you are already living your dream. And then imagine how all these wonderful thoughts flow into your stone and are stored by it. Thank it for working with you from now on to make your dream come true.
