6. Ajna - Third Eye Chakra
Represented by the color indigo, it is located in the middle of your forehead, slightly higher than eye level. The forehead chakra has a special meaning in meditation, as it is used to question our spirituality. It is the chakra of perception and knowledge, often also called enlightenment. It is about experiencing vision, sharpening your own intuition and wisdom. It serves as a "storage" for your dreams for this life and your memories of possible other lives.
Energy blockages in this chakra can manifest as problems with foresight and partial memory loss/gaps.
Its color is dark violet, which is why the corresponding healing stones range from dark blue to dark violet. Healing stones of this type are lapis lazuli, sodalite, azurite, amethyst, sapphire and fluorite.
